1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER

Climate Pact Ambassadors for Spain, hereinafter referred to as the DATA CONTROLLER, is the data controller for the processing of the User’s data and hereby informs you that your data will be processed in accordance with the legislation in force regarding personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee Act 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD). In accordance with such legislation, we provide the following information on processing:

Purpose of the processing: maintaining a commercial relationship with the User. The operations stipulated for processing are the following:

• Sending marketing communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media or any other digital or physical means, currently available or available in the future that makes it possible to send marketing communications. This communication will be sent by the DATA CONTROLLER and will be related to their products and services or those of their collaborators or suppliers with whom they have entered into a promotion agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to the personal data.
• To carry out statistical studies.
• To process order requests or any kind of request made by the user by any means of contact made available thereto.
• To send out the website newsletter.

Data storage criteria: data will be stored as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing and when it is no long necessary for such purpose, it will be deleted, implementing suitable security measures to ensure the psuedonymisation of the data or the destruction thereof.

Data transfer: The data will not be transferred to third parties, unless there is a legal obligation.

Rights that the User holds:

The right to withdraw consent at any time.

The right to access, rectification, data portability and erasure and the limitation of or objection to processing.

The right to file a claim with the supervisory authority (agpd.es) if they deem that the processing is not in line with the legislation in force.

2. OBLIGATORY OR FACULTATIVE NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data into the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or those on the download form, Users expressly accept of their own free will that their data is necessary for the service provider to handle their request; information included in the other fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is true and undertakes to notify the later of any modification thereto.

The DATA CONTROLLER expressly informs the users and guarantees that their data will not be transferred to any third parties under any circumstances and if any kind of personal data transfer takes place, the Users’ express, informed and unequivocal consent will be requested in advance. All of the data requested through the website is obligatory since they are necessary for providing an optimal service for the user. If not all data is provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely suited to all of their needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force regarding personal data, the DATA CONTROLLER complies with all of the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for processing the data that it is responsible for and expressly with the principles stipulated in Article 5 of the GDPR, by virtue of which they are processed legally and transparently with regards to the data subject and they are suitable, pertinent and limited to that which is necessary regarding the purposes for which they are processed.

The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented suitable technical and organisational policies for applying the security measures stipulated in the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the Users and it has provided the latter with enough information so that they may exercise them.
